Refund Policy
How refunds are handled for bookings and Lykos Events tickets.
This policy sets out when Lykos Official issues refunds for DJ bookings and event tickets.

DJ bookings
Deposits are non-refundable. Balance payments are refundable only if Lykos Official cancels the booking.
Event tickets
Tickets are non-refundable except where the event is cancelled or rescheduled to a date you cannot attend, in which case a full refund is issued to the original payment method within 14 days.
How to request
Email bookings@lykosofficial.co.uk with your booking or order reference. Refunds are processed within 14 days of approval.
