This policy sets out when Lykos Official issues refunds for Lykos Events tickets.

Event tickets
Tickets are non-refundable except where the event is cancelled or rescheduled to a date you cannot attend, in which case a full refund is issued to the original payment method within 14 days.
How to request
Email info.lykosofficial@gmail.com with your ticket order reference. Refunds are processed within 14 days of approval.
